\n<\/strong>, a Tuscan jewel where the genius of Florentine architect Filippo Brunelleschi built the Rocca del Castello<\/strong><\/em> that dominates the picturesque village. We therefore decided to pay homage to him by dedicating our structure to him: indeed, Brunelleschi was responsible for the architecture of the fortifications protecting Vicopisano, of which the Manor House in its historic role as a fort was a part, now as then.<\/p>\n

A village of extraordinary beauty<\/em>, Vicopisano still maintains
\nthat medieval aspect<\/em>
\n<\/strong> that immediately transports visitors back through the centuries, to the time of
\nTowers and Castles<\/strong>
\n<\/em>, of stone streets and alleys, of the Castle towering over the hamlet and
\nof the romantic views of the countryside<\/strong>

In this context, Brunelleschi’s Manor House, which since the Middle Ages has played the role of a
\ndefense fort<\/em>

\n<\/strong> the actual oven, which still measures 3mt by 3mt,
\nwas at the service of the entire township for the production of bread<\/em>

\n<\/strong> with the same material of the time i.e. the famous Impruneta terracotta<\/strong>

\n<\/strong>. Protected by ancient columns and the
\ncentury-old wrought iron chain<\/em>
\n<\/strong> medieval, the court embellishes<\/em>
\nthe facade of the Manor House<\/em>
\n<\/strong> with character<\/em> e
\nunmistakable medieval style<\/strong>
\n<\/em> thanks to the medieval coats of arms<\/strong> that still reflect the former power of the then fort.<\/p>\n

Instead, the Tuscan Garden is home to a large, centuries-old olive tree<\/strong> of untamed beauty under which you will find
